l. whole sheep spine (back) is the
loin with the bone.

spices:

coarse salt

3-4 liters of boiled and cold cow's milk, curd or
can replace put yogurt

How to Prepare:

Wash the mutton
Place it in a large bowl of white plastic
Cover with enough milk, cover with a napkin
Take the refrigerator to put l2 to 20 hours
The next day, the meat is already hydrated

Take full milk and dry mutton with paper towels or a clean napkin.

Salt with coarse salt, (l teaspoon (tsp) shallow for every pound of meat)

Bake mode:

Take to roast on the grill.

To roast on the grill, wrap with cellophane several layers own BBQ.

If baking in the traditional oven, cover with foil
If baking in the clay oven, wrap with banana leaves.
Follow up:

Serve with crumbs. plain or with fresh fruit or dried If you want you can serve with cooked vegetables passed in butter, carrots, potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and more.

Farofa Banana:

1 large grated onion, salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil soup
2 cups cornmeal tea
4 dwarf bananas sliced
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems

Prepare the Farofa mode:

Fry the onion in oil, add bananas or (picked fruit) simmer, then add the corn flour to give point.

If it gets too dry add more oil or water.
Finally the chopped parsley.
Note:

You can place the headlight cassava flour or corn.
If you want you can put half of cornmeal and the other half of cassava flour.
