Simple zucchini and Empanadas With or Without Egg -II Options
ingredients:
I Option:
Zucchini Mineira Simple
2 Italian grated zucchini in thin thick
about 2 to 3 cups (tea) of grated zucchini
Other Ingredients:
½ grated onion or
1 large clove of garlic (if garlic is old) without the chopped kernels,
2 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil or soybean
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt rasa
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow corn starch (Cornstarch) (optional)
2 tablespoons (soup) of salsa with chopped stem only put before serving. (optional).
You can put green onions in rodelinhas.
Way of preparing:
Lead to fire a medium saucepan with the oil onion leave until wilted.
Add the zucchini go sauté, stirring frequently, until cooked.
If you need to go dripping boiling water until done.
If using immediately add the cornstarch with half a cup of cold water, mix well. It is a velvety cream.
Pour into the pan stirring constantly until the kitchen.

Corn starch is dissolved in cold water to avoid lumps.
Before serving sprinkle parsley and chopped chives.
Note:
If you can cut the zucchini into very small cubes.
Cut into slices the length, add all of them, make the cut into thin strips and then into cubes.
You can also sauté in very thin slices.
Note:
With the same recipe may cause other vegetables.
Neck pumpkin, squash, carrot, potato, taro, yams, and others.
Option II:
Zucchini Empanada:
2 medium zucchini cut into slices
passing the flour and then fried

Zucchini milanese:
Pass in flour then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs
Another option:
No Egg:
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
½ cup (tea) cold water
½ tablespoon (coffee) chemical baking powder
1 tablespoon (salt coffee)
Way of preparing:
Place in a bowl the flour baking powder and salt, go pouring water gradually to form a dough or thick nor too thin. Pass the slices of zucchini thickness of half a centimeter or a little more.
Fry on both sides in hot oil, lower the heat to prevent burning.
Then place on paper towel to remove excess.
Before serving remove the paper towel.

Notice:
With the same recipe of empanada zucchini, eggplant can replace, do not need to remove the peel,
