Italian soup Vitor Pascoal
ingredients:

For Broth:

1 or ½ kilo of muscle,
3 liters of water,
Other Ingredients:

2 carrots, peeled sliced
2 stalks of celery, grated cut into large piece
1 onion, cut into four parts
2 cloves crushed garlic (if old) remove the kernels
1 garlic whole portion, cut into pieces
2 ripe tomatoes peeled and seeded
2 bay leaves,
3 slices of ginger.
1 piece of cinnamon stick.

Cooking the meat for 1 hour in common pot, or the pressure cooker is 30 'to 40' minutes.
Remove the meat, put the other ingredients, bring the fire to cook.

Pancake :

1 large glass of cow's milk
1 cup flour sifted
2 large eggs,

Filling:

200gsm. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare pancake mode:

For Single Serving:
Place in a deep dish four (4) to six (6) minis pancakes and above the juice concentrate and hot meat.
On top sprinkle a little grated Parmesan cheese.
