* Cigar cabbage leaves or grape *

Ingredients:
1 fresh white cabbage, large leaves (very heavy), or
15 grape leaves, or 1 large celga (fat).

Re full:
1 cup (tea) of ground duck or meat of your choice.
½ cup (tea) of rice washed thoroughly dry with no water.


Spices:
1 large grated onion, 2 cloves of garlic without the hash core
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger
1 tablespoon (coffee) or (tea) spicy paprika
1 pinch of cumin or moscara walnut (optional)
2 tablespoons (soup) of chopped fresh mint. (Optional)
1/2 teaspoon (soup) of salt.
1 pinch of ground bay (optional)
1 cup (tea) parsley with stems finely chopped
1/2 pepper finger girl seeded only the finely chopped red part or 1 tablespoon (soup) pepper sauce

Sauce:
l / 2 liter of homemade tomato sauce or
l tomato sauce diluted with tin cans 2 or 3 of cold water
2 bouillon tablets or
2 tablespoons (soup) Onion Soup shallow industrialized
2 bay leaves
Option II:
Can cook cigars with homemade broth or bouillon industrialized meat, for each liter of water USA- is 1 tablet.
Way of preparing:
Wash the cabbage, remove the leaves carefully, cutting with a knife. Cut rather thick stalk.
Place the cabbage leaves a large pot with water, for cooking, i.e., "only fade". Book.
Season the meat with salt and other seasonings.
Let rest for 15 'to 30' minutes in the refrigerator.

Dried liquid complete with hot water to finish cooking.
