ingredients:

1 pound dogfish in pieces, without skin
4 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil to fry fish
4 tablespoons of palm oil, is like no substitute for oil

Other Ingredients:

400 grs. roasted peanuts, ground without skin, or cashews
400 grs. of roasted cashew nuts and ground, or Brazil nuts
400 grs. from ground smoked prawns,
200 or 400 grams. Raw cod soaked for 12 hours, shredded
If you do not like shrimp put 400 grams. cod

sauce:

1 pound of grated onion
1 kilo of ripe tomatoes peeled seeded

2 tablets of fish broth
1 tablespoons (soup) of grated ginger

1 lady finger pepper, seeded and without ribs, chopped

How to Prepare:
