Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue


ingredients:


½ pound semisweet chocolate, grated or chopped fine kid
1 can of cream, with serum
4 tablespoons honey, or
4 tablespoons sugar or sweetener in their own oven and hob cleaner.
4 tablespoons brandy, or cocoa liquor

Other Ingredients:

500 grs. of whole strawberries without leaves washed well, then dry with paper towels.
500 grs. of diced apples washed and well dried
500 grs. Grape Italy
500 grs. of various diced fruits: melon, papaya, pineapple chunks, orange sections without the skins, kiwi, pear, banana etc..

  How to Prepare:

Cut the chocolate in a board with a large knife or grate on thick drain.
Melt chocolate in double boiler according to the instructions below.

Place the chopped chocolate in a dry pan well. Book.
Take another pan to heat with cold water when you start to bubble, turn off the heat and place the pan over the chopped chocolate, stir not, leave until the chocolate begins to melt, go mixing stirring with a spoon until the chocolate is all melted, add the cream slowly and mix until it is a homogeneous cream, add the honey and liquor.
Put in fondue Rechaud (crock pot with the spirit lamp) and leave on the table with fire access.
Each person garfinho get a long-handled stick a fruit to your liking go through hot chocolate fondue.
Take the fork to his mouth to eat naturally, repeat the procedure as often as necessary, with the same fork.
The garfinho long cable is suitable for fondue.

Note:

You can use chocolate fondue for fruit topping.
