Lobster Stuffed VI - Options

ingredients:

l large lobster

filling:

200 grs. of canned mushrooms
l50 grs. trout into strips or shredded Kani
l cup (tea) milk
2 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
2 raw egg yolks
2 tablespoons (soup) shallow breadcrumbs

For the Sofrito:

3 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil or butter
2 large ripe tomatoes peeled seeded
l large onion, grated
l teaspoon (tsp) salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger
1 leek cut into thin slices


How to Prepare:

Rinse the lobster, remove the green tripe that is in the center of the body of the crustacean.
