Curiosity - Paella

Curiosity - Paella

The version I have of Paella, was passed by Spanish friends, and even for my husband who is a descendant of them, that are part of this story.
The Paella began in Sec. Thirteenth in Europe at the time nobody knew the rice.
Rice was used as starch (flour).
Due to climate change (warming), he proceeded to give curls. Rice is a cereal. Everything that goes on is cereal bunch.
The farmers believed that the plant (rice) was plague, were afraid to eat, decided to give animals for testing.
The surprise is that they realized that the animals gained weight and got a good weight.
To recap:
When it was discovered (Sec. X. III) in Spain were poor farmers and made their food together, each bringing home what they had achieved in hunting and other ingredients collected in nature.
Then they decided to add the rice. It worked.

In Sec. Fifteenth nobles (who only ate meat) realizing that the poor ate this ingredient (rice), were satisfied and robust, decided to make paella.
The nobles have changed the ingredients from farmers, for more sophisticated and more expensive ingredients.
The other inhabitants of Spain also started making this dish according to local ingredients and according to your pocket.
The version I have of Paella is a Noble had an only daughter very ill.
Was given up by doctors in Europe.
The Noble (girl's father) not aquento much suffering, took his daughter to a monastery to die.
What was your surprise? The daughter recovered his health.
The girl was returned to her father.
The Noble grateful, decided to pay expenses and give a large sum to the monastery. They did not accept.
The nobleman did not know how to thank, decided to give tons of food, meats of all kinds, fish, and vegetables from all over the world.
The monks received food and did not know what to do! Distributed to the people and still left a ton of perishable foods.
Recapping not knowing what to do, decided to make a dish with all the ingredients and gave the name of Paella. That is honoring to her girl.

Note:
II - Version:
In Sec. X. III poor farmers, took the food to his wife to cook.
A little of each, which left those they made in conjunction with other farmers.
How many children they had had no time to cook so many ingredients. They who did so was the food (Wife) For this reason called Paella. "For her".
Now are you going to draw their conclusions.
I am sending what was passed to me to know about the Paella.
That if you are from Brazil or Europe mainly Spain and you have another version, please drop by my blogs. baudanonna.blogspot.com
  or baudadamama.blogspot. with.
I'll be very grateful.
