Tablets or candies Coco

Ingredients:

500 g. of melted milk chocolate
Long rectangular pans, or traditional round pans


 Filling:
250 g. of white fondant
250 g. grated dry coconut hydrated with
1 tablespoon (soup) of water to hydrate coconut, or the necessary
3 tablespoons (soup) of condensed milk
1 tablespoon (coffee), vanilla or rum essence

How to Prepare:
Place the dried coconut in a bowl mix the cold water to hydrate until thoroughly wet.

Separately put the white fondant, in a bowl, add the grated coconut already moistened, the essence, and condensed milk, to give point to roll, and the chosen essence.

Put the stuffing in rectangular molds (5X 2) to get the format.
Then take to the refrigerator for fifteen minutes
* You can not put the filling in the freezer *

Remove the filling from the refrigerator and remove, bathing in melted chocolate, that is, pass the melted chocolate.

For convenience, place the candies (one at a time) into the melted chocolate pot, remove with garfinho own for this work.
To dry, place the candies on parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Another way to make the tablets is shaping the filling in the hands. all the same size. Book
Pour over a thin layer of melted chocolate into the molds, put the filling and then top with melted chocolate.

Allow to dry well, before wrapping.
Wrap with red lead role and out red cellophane.


 
Note:
When storing the mass filling (it hardens), to return to normal texture, add a little water or cold milk.
