Risotinho of Lazy For Summer
ingredients:
2 cups (tea) of ground beef you prefer
1 cup (tea) of crude ordinary rice washed
3 to 4 cups of cold water or appropriate
1 medium carrot, grated (optional)
2 tablespoons (soup) of chopped onion, or
1 tablespoon (soup) (onion soup)
1 teaspoon (soup) of corn oil
1 teaspoon (tsp) or full (soup) shallow salt

How to Prepare:
Place in a large pot meat, rice, carrot, onion, oil and finally cold water, mix well.
Bring the pot with a lid over low heat, stirring from time to time, make sure you no longer need water.
When almost dry, remove from heat.

Note:
You can exchange the carrot for frozen or raw peas.
