Pasta with pesto sauce - II (options) Hot and Cold

ingredients:
½ pound of spaghetti or other pasta of your taste

I - pesto sauce Cold:

1 cup (tea) of basil leaves (tight)
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) extra virgin pure olive oil
½ cup (tea) of nuts or pinholes (snoubar) crushed
100 g. grated Parmesan cheese
4 to 6 teeth cored
2 tablespoons (soup) of hot water
How to Prepare:

Cook the pasta with 5 liters of boiling water, with a
pinch of salt and a tablespoon (soup) of oil.
To cook 100 g. noodles corresponds to a liter of water and so forth.
After the cooked pasta to a serving dish turns pass the sauce on top. Sprinkle grated cheese.
Serve immediately.
Mode Prepare the sauce:
Hitting the liquefied, basil, parsley, olive oil, teeth
garlic with two tablespoons of hot water, (the pasta cooking water).
After well beaten, add the crushed nuts, or pinholes
Can serve hot or cold.
To serve cold sauce in the blender after all pesto ingredients, pour over the drained pasta and hot.

Option II:

Hot sauce pesto:
* To serve hot pesto sauce, put the sauce in a water bath until ready to serve. The hot sauce is the most appropriate. *
