Mousse and Chantilly Strawberries - III - Options

ingredients:

200-300 grams. of chopped fresh strawberries
1 can of condensed milk raw
1 can of ice cream without serum
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin colorless (12 grams)
5 tablespoons of cold water to hydrate the gelatin soup
2 egg whites until stiff (optional)

How to Prepare:

Place the gelatin in a small pan, spray with five tablespoons of cold water, let it sit for 5'minutos.

If you want you can beat all the strawberries in the blender, however, it is good to add a little more chopped strawberries in mass.

Option II:
     
Chantilly Strawberry:
ingredients:

½ pot believe cheese
½ cup (tea) of cream
250 g. beaten whipped cream
1 packet of strawberry pulp or
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow powder for strawberry ice cream.

How to Prepare:

Mix the cheese with the cream then add the strawberry pulp, or ice cream powder.
After all well mixed add the whipped cream stir well until a homogeneous mass.

III - Option:

Mousse With Strawberry Gelatin:

ingredients:


1 can of cream with the serum without serum
1 can of condensed milk
1 boiling water can (use the condensed milk)
1 gelatin box 85 grams of strawberry powder.
2 egg whites (optional)

How to Prepare:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, or follow the manufacturer's instructions, only putting the measure of revenue.
Place the gelatin in a deep dish take the refrigerator until set.
After the gelatin hardened, cut into cubes.
Blend the cream with condensed milk, and cubes of gelatin, until a pink smooth.
Beat in mixer the egg whites, throw the mix blender slowly, stir well, until a uniform mass.
Pour in mousse cup without grease, or in bowls.
If you shaped refractory or grease with butter and pass quickly by running water, no dry.
Freezing take 4 to 6 hours, or until set.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve

Note:


You can change the strawberry gelatin, by grape, orange, coconut, pineapple, lemon, tangerine, raspberry, etc.
