Caldo Verde (Soup)

Caldo Verde (Soup)
ingredients:
broth:
1 ½ liter of broth (muscle) or
2 bouillon tablets

Other Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes cut in four
1 large onion, grated or chopped
3 cloves of crushed garlic if old tire crumb
1 only white part of leeks cut into thin slices (optional)
2 tablespoons (soup) of extra virgin olive oil
2 cups (tea) cabbage torn into small pieces
1 cup (tea) parsley with stems beat in
strain blender (use only the net)
How to Prepare:
To make the broth:

Cook through muscle alkyl with 1 liter of water at
Pressure cooker.
Separate the cooked meat to make a salad part, save for another meal.

Prepare the way of Caldo Verde:
Place the broth (1 and ½ liter) in a pan, the onion, garlic, potatoes and salt and strained juice of parsley.

Using tablet broth, do not put salt.

When everything is cooked, remove the potato masher and proceed to re-pot.

Finally add the torn cabbage, when boiling
leave by 3 'minutes in the fire without cover.
If the cabbage overcook it hardens.

Serve hot in earthenware bowls, over Crotons
then grated Parmesan cheese.

The Crotons is optional.
