Rolls Chicken With Barbecue Sauce
ingredients:
1 large chicken breast cut into steaks

seasoning :
1 spoon (soup ) shallow salt
1 teaspoon (tsp ) or ( grated ginger soup
1 spoon ( soup pepper sauce
Deep Fry :
2 spoons (soup ) of butter
2 to 4 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil
filling
Option I :
3 large green apples cut into 4 pieces peeled and seeded, dripping lemon juice
1 cup ( tea) of pitted prunes
1 cup ( tea) of finely chopped onion
1 glass faiados , drained and washed mushrooms ( optional)
If you want you can use cream cheese to bind .
1-2 tablespoons of whole capers or to taste
Option II :
Use all the filling ingredients above by replacing the curd ham pâté

sauce:
I - Option :
2 spoons ( soup) of orange marmalade or apricot
2 spoons ( soup) of ketchup
2 spoons ( soup) of vinegar or white wine
2 spoons ( soup) of shoyu
Mix all together put over the chicken rolls before serving .
You can also use to roast the chicken .
Option II :

Barbecue Sauce

3 tablespoons (soup ) of brown sugar
3 tablespoons ( soup) of ketchup
2 tbsp (tablespoons) mustard
4 tablespoons ( soup) of Worcestershire sauce
½ cup (tea ) of vinegar

How to Prepare the Barbecue Sauce :

Put the sugar in a pan , let it heat up without dissolving . Off the heat, add the other ingredients according to the list . of ingredients.
Return to heat , let stand until thick, stirring constantly with a spoon high cable.
The sauce can buy Barbacue industrialized .
The sauce above is very expensive.

How to Prepare the Chicken:
Cut the chicken breast into thin fillets , season with salt, pepper, ginger . Leave for 30 ' minutes .

Dry the steaks with paper towels.
