Chocolate cups and + Two Fruits
ingredients:
I - Option Chocolate:
2 cans cream without serum
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup yogurt 200 g .
2 spoons (soup ) cocoa powder or cocoa
How to Prepare :
Blend all ingredients in blender .
Place in bowls or pots with lid
II - Option Strawberry :
2 cans cream without serum
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup yogurt 200 g .
1 packet of strawberry juice or strawberry jam
200 to 300 grams . chopped fresh strawberries ,
If you use strawberry jam , no need to put the strawberry juice . Fresh strawberries is (optional )

How to Prepare :
Blend all ingredients in blender except the chopped strawberries .
Chopped strawberries are to put on the bottom of the cup , then pour the yogurt smoothie.
Serve in bowls or cups with lids .
Note :

The whey cream can be availed by adding 1 sachet ( 1 level tablespoon ) of colorless unflavored gelatin .
Hydrate the gelatin with five ( 5 ) spoons ( soup) of cold water .
After dissolving in water bath with one (1 ) cup cold water plus whey cream.
Mix the gelatin in cold hot or cold yogurt, beating well .
If you cold gelatin it does not incorporate the cream.
After the gelatin is chilled in a separate layer other cream .
Note :
When you're gelatin see the above procedure
 If you want you can make coconut or other fruit , peach , plum etc. .
III - Basic Option :
2 cans cream without serum
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pot of natural yoghurt
1 large mango adem ( 300grs ) of fruit without seed , diced
1 spoon (soup ) of powdered mango sorbet
2 spoons (soup ) 24 grs . colorless unflavored gelatin , hydrate with 5 tablespoons of cold water, then dissolve in water bath or microwave ondascom 1 cup water .

How to Prepare :
Blend all ingredients in blender , except the sleeve , laying on the bottom of the small pot . Gelatin put hydrated , dissolved and hot .
Put in jars with lid , suitable for this purpose .
