Pie Filling - Eggplant With Meat

ingredients:

1 pound small eggplants

Other Ingredients:

2 large onions, chopped
4 ripe tomatoes
1 cup (tea ) chopped parsley
½ cup ( tea) of chopped green onions
2 spoons (soup ) of oregano
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped mint or basil
3 tablespoons ( soup) of oil
2 tablets of broth (optional )
1 pinch of red pepper without seeds or pepper sauce
1 pinch of nutmeg

How to Prepare :
