Cod Baked or Grilled

ingredients:

 2 slices of cod 500 g. each soaked for 24 to
36 hours in the refrigerator .

Other Ingredients:

400 grs . small potatoes ( ball ) cooked in shell
200 grs . large black olives , pitted .
1 bunch of kale scalded
6 hard boiled eggs cut into four
4 red peppers into strips ( raw ) or 2 red and 2 yellow
1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley with stems and
½ cup ( tea) of thinly sliced ​​scallions
½ cup ( tea) of extra virgin olive oil

How to Prepare :

Place the cod to soak with water , in the refrigerator , changing several times the cold water every 4 hours . Then drain.
