Spice of Nonna Antoinette

ingredients:

1 spoon (soup) of spicy paprika or black pepper freshly ground
1 spoon (soup) or (tsp) grated nutmeg
1 spoon (soup) of dry grated ginger
1 tablespoon (coffee) crushed bay
1 tablespoon (coffee) ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon (coffee) ground cloves

How to Prepare:

Put the bowl in a dry spicy paprika, grated nutmeg, grated ginger, mix well, then add the bay leaves, cinnamon and ground cloves, make the mixture well.
Save blank glass wide mouth with screw cap, inside the kitchen cabinet, along with other seasonings.

Use only a pinch or a spoonful of coffee shallow spice of Nonna. is very strong, is fit for the cold European climate.
