Pate Green Ricotta

ingredients:

500 grs . Fresh ricotta mashed100 grs . Parmesan cheese or grated provolone100 grs . of chopped cucumber or pickled anchovies1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley1 cup ( tea) of chopped green olives2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped basil2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped mint and drizzling1 tbsp (tablespoons ) chopped fresh oregano1 teaspoon ( tsp) salt
II - Option -
All ingredients of green pate the only difference and change an ingredientReplace the pickle for anchovies in oil ( remove the oil) .500 grs . ricotta 50 or 100 grs . of anchovies or anchovies.
