I skewers Salame :12 slices of salami12 cubed cheese dish of 2 cm12 shallots very small or sliced4-6 slices of bread cut into cubes
 
How to Prepare :Make the skewers with 1 Beech folded salami , 1 cube cheese platter , 1 scallion , repeat until ingredients are finished .Do not forget to leave a space on both sides to hold the spit .Serve food on lettuce leaves
