Jelly Strawberries

Jelly Strawberries
ingredients:
2 cups (tea) of strawberries washed and chopped
1 cup (tea) of sugar
½ spoon (soup) of glucose (opcinal)
1 spoon (soup) shallow (sachet) gelatine powder colorless (optional)
5 tablespoons (soup) of cold water to hydrate the gelatin
then dissolve in water bath
How to prepare:
Place the strawberries in a saucepan with the sugar. lead to fire
stirring constantly.
When the strawberries are cooked, add the glucose and dissolved gelatin, mix well.
Save in small glasses with screw cap.
Store in refrigerator.
