Lasagna with Italian Sauce
ingredients:
500 grs. mass pre-baked lasagne
1 pound of ground beef
filling:
350 grs. of grated mozzarella on thin thick
300 grs. of sliced ham or finely ground
100 grs. grated Parmesan cheese
Tomato Sauce:
1 pound of Italian tomato sauce
(see tomato pasta made at home)
4 large onions, chopped
4 red chillies chopped fine niggling
1 medium carrot whole, or 1 spoon (soup) of sugar
seasonings:
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
4 tablespoons corn oil
1 pinch of spice of Nonna
1 sprig of basil
1 sprig of mint
4 tablets of broth
1 plate of thinly chopped parsley, only to put after the finished dish before serving
2 cups warm water
How to Prepare:
Fry the meat with two tablespoons of oil
Saute the onion until wilted to the remaining oil in separate pan
Add the onion to the meat add the tomato sauce seasoning of Nonna, broth and herbs and a glass of warm water.
Simmer until thickened, then add the remaining warm water, leave the fire until the sauce becomes very thick
How to Assemble the lasagna:
A rectangular high, place the bottom:
first layer a little tomato sauce with meat
Second layer of lasagna
Third layer is grated or sliced mozzarella
Fourth layer sliced ham
Fifth layer is tomato sauce with meat
Sixth layer lasagna
And so on until finished, is the last layer of tomato sauce and put up enough grated mozzarella.
Bake in the oven preheated medium put 20 'to 30' minutes, or until cooked.
Serve hot and with enough grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle chopped parsley enough.
Accompanies roast chicken chunks or Roast Beef
Watercress salad or any raw green outlet, with tomato and onion.
