Salad Sardine Tin


ingredients:

2 large cans of canned sardines in oil
4 medium tomatoes, cut into thin slice or diced
2 large onions or 4 small onions, sliced
2 tbsp (tablespoons) capers (optional)

Other Ingredients:

1 bunch of parsley (optional)
1 cup (tea) of black olives (optional)
2 spoons (soup) or oil needed
½ cup wine vinegar (100 ml)

How to Prepare:

Cut the onion into very thin slices, wash in running water, and season with salt, oil and vinegar.
Cut the tomatoes into slices or cubes, onion and season equals.
Open the cans of sardines, drain the oil.
Distribute a large platter in layers:

First-layer is sardines.
2nd - Layer sliced ​​tomatoes is tempered
