Carp Baked With Cheese Sauce
ingredients:
2 carp averaging 350 grams. each
2 grs. salt for every pound of fish
1 lemon juice of a whole lemon
1 teaspoon (tsp) pepper sauce optional
Cheese Sauce:
1 spoon (soup) of butter
2 spoons (soup) of grated onion
1 tbsp (tablespoons) flour, sifted
1 can of cream serum
150 grs. grated Parmesan cheese, or
grated mozzarella into thin thick
How to Prepare the Fish:
Thoroughly clean the carp, rinse well under running water.
After seasoning with salt, lemon, if you can put a little pepper, let the seasoning for about 2 hours.
Then put the carp in a roasting pan, lined with aluminum foil, and seasoning on top.
Cover with aluminum foil, bake.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in an oven preheated medium 180 C, or even roasting.
Once baked the fish pass to a platter, over the cheese sauce warm.
How to Prepare the sauce:
Put the butter in a pan, add the onion and let wilt, add the sifted flour stir well, if not practical, mix the flour off the heat, then add the cream.
Lead to fire again until cooking the flour, add the Parmesan cheese, grated mozzarella or the drain thick, stir well with a wooden spoon until the cheese melts well.
