Honey Cake With Cover
ingredients:
4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) brown sugar or refined
1 cup (tea) of honey
1 cup (tea) warm milk
1 cup (tea) of boiling water
1 spoon (soup) and filled with fennel
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger
3 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder
1 spoon (soup) of baking powder
1 pinch of nutmeg
Other Ingredients:
margarine for greasing
breadcrumbs or flour for greasing
Icing:
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
How to Prepare:
Make a tea with water fennel and ginger Book
In a large bowl mix the honey sugar and cocoa powder and warm milk.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder gradually, alternating with fennel tea with ginger.
Beat well until a homogeneous mass
Grease a baking dish with margarine and sprinkle breadcrumbs
Pour the batter into the greased baking sheet, spread well
Bake in moderate oven 180 º C during approximately 30 'minutes.
How to Prepare the icing:
Combine the chocolate, butter and honey, bring the fire stirring well until dissolved.
Remove the cake from the oven without removing the case, dump the icing set up the hot cake.
