Pudding Satin-Cru
(cold)
ingredients:
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans cream without serum
2 cans of cow's milk (the measure of tin cream) or
2 cans of coconut milk.
2 boxes of maria-mole of 50grs (each) or
2 packets of unflavored gelatin white or 2 tablespoons shallow
How to Prepare:
Dissolve the two packages maria-mole, in two cups of water
according to instructions on the package.
If using gelatin, moisturize with 10 tablespoons of cold water and then dissolve
in a double boiler or microwave.
Beat in the blender maria-mole has dissolved, add the condensed milk, cream and milk cow.
Hit enough mass in blender until frothy.
Grease the pan with butter, place the pudding milkshake, take the fridge to put 4 hours or until set.
If you want you can serve with syrup
Note:
Can replace cow's milk to put coconut milk or half and half
Important Note:
The pudding satin will not fire or in the oven
The pudding will direct the fridge.
For party Junina put in aluminum pans, greased with butter. Bring to freeze. Serve in plastic cups.
