Baked Salmon
ingredients:
1 pound of salmon slices, leaving the skin on the underside
seasonings:
1 spoon (soup) of fresh herb Dill
1 tablespoon (coffee) sugar
1 tablespoon (coffee) coarse salt
1 cup of dry white wine (100 ml)
sauce:
8 tablespoons (soup) mayonnaise or yogurt
½ cup of dill (fresh grass), or mint, or basil
How to Prepare:
Make the sauce in a blender beating the mayonnaise with fresh herb dill, mint or basil.
If using smoked salmon, cut into thin slices and top, place the sauce.
Serve cold as first course.
Make balls of fruit with Bolas. Serve over.
Mango, papaya, melon, apple and others.
Serve the salmon on a platter lined with lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes.
If you want you can serve with sxalada of cooked chickpeas.
