Salmon With Seafood
Ingredients:
1 large whole salmon1 cup (tea) of wheat flour to coat
Seasonings:
2% of fish weight of salt1 cup (tea) lemon juice1 pinch of pepper any
  
Squid with Shrimp Sauce:
½ pound medium shrimp cleaned and washed well½ pound of cleaned squid1 large onion, grated½ liter of homemade tomato sauce or canned300 grs. canned mushrooms2 red bell peppers, chopped into strips2 spoons (soup) of oil1 spoon (soup) of grated ginger1 pinch of nutmeg1 teaspoon red pepper sauce or pepper ½ finger girlseeded, chopped1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
Rice with Peas
2 cups of cooked rice200 grs. Fresh pea lightly cooked, or frozenIf frozen to throw a scare into the boiling water for 1 'minute.½ cup of chopped parsley
 
Garnish:
8 fried prawns in shell1 cup large black olives
How to Prepare:
Rinse the fish inside and out, make the files average, season with salt, pepper and lemon, allow to stand for one hour.
After drying with paper towel files, pass the flour, fry in hot oil on both sides.
Remove excess fat with paper towel. Reserve.
Separately make the sauce, fry the onion in the butter, add the squid salt, pepper to ginger, and tomato sauce, leaving cooking, until they are tender, lastly add the chilli prawns and mushrooms, leave the fire for maximum 5'minutos to cook, once done add chopped parsley.Careful when cooking the shrimp, is 3 'to 5' minutes.If cooking the shrimp longer it gets rubbery.
Mix the rice with peas and chopped parsley, shaping, unmold before serving, in a large earthenware dish.
A large platter distribute files salmon sauce over squid with prawns.
Decoration:Garnish with fried shrimp and black olives.
