Rice With Dried Meat - Northeast of Brazil

ingredients:

2 cups of washed rice tea
4 cups of cold water or hot tea

seasoning:
1 level tablespoon of salt,
1 tablespoon of corn oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed without kernels, or
1 medium onion, grated
Other Ingredients:
500 grs. dry lean boiled and shredded
2 large onions, grated
2 red bell peppers chopped into strips or cubes
2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded
1 pepper chopped finger girl seeded minced, or
1 spoon (soup) of hot sauce
2 spoons (soup) of corn oil
1 cup chopped parsley

How to Prepare the rice:
