To Cocada June Festival - Brazil


Cocada White Bahia - Commercial and Homemade
I - Option:
 
Ingredients:

2 pounds of freshly grated fresh coconut in the large drain
2 pounds of refined sugar
½ liter of cold water
1 cup light corn syrup
2 large cinnamon sticks


How to Prepare:


Put a pot or a large saucepan, grated coconut, sugar, water, cinnamon, mix well.

Ingredients:

3 tea cups freshly grated coconut
3 cups of sugar
2 cups passion fruit juice concentrate
1 cup cold water shower

1 cup of ground walnuts
½ cup seedless raisins

How to Prepare:
