Broth of Mocotó

Ingredients .

Broth Mocotó
ingredients:
1 or 2 mocotós cow cut into slices
Discard the hull
3 to 5 liters of cold water
2 spoons (soup ) of vinegar or lemon juice
How to Prepare the Mocotó :
Wash the pieces of calf's foot jelly , put in the pressure cooker .

For 2 mocotós put in the pressure cooker 7 liter , 5 liters of water .
Cook for an hour, let it cool in the pan .

Once cooked Strain through a fine sieve .
Remove the pieces of meat mocotó season as a salad , serve separately , or use in another dish see below , discard the bones .
