Against Filet With Marinating sauce - II Options

ingredients:
2 fillet steaks against not too thin
1 teaspoon (soup, corn oil
Sauce Marinade:
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 cup (tea), red wine vinegar
1 cup cold water
2 spoons (soup) of corn oil
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 teaspoon (tsp) hot sauce (optional)
1 bay leaf
How to Prepare the sauce:

Place onion in a pan with the oil, leave the fire until wilted, 5 'to 10' minutes.
Add vinegar and salt and water, leave on heat until almost dry. Keep warm.

Tion With Sauce Marinade:
If you want to make 1/2 pound dogfish, double the sauce recipe, and so on.
Refrigerate the cation layered with marinate. Serving the following day.
