Stewed Fruit No Sugar and Sweetener In

ingredients:

6 large apples or pears peeled whole
100 grs. heavy pitted prunes
50 grs. seedless raisins
1 liter of cold water
1 pinch of salt
10 cloves of India
2 cinnamon sticks
4-6 slices of peeled ginger


How to Prepare:

Wash the apples under running water, dry well, leave whole or cut into four (4) equal pieces, removing the seeds.

Put in a pan the water, apples one side by side, standing, add the prunes, raisins, salt, cloves and cinnamon, and ginger.
If you need to cut down one thin slice of each fruit to stand.
Lead to heat until the fruits are cooked.

Allow to cool well, store in sterilized glass wide mouth with screw cap.

Store in refrigerator

Note:

The fruit compote takes the sugar or sweetener.
