Red Pepper Jelly WHAT'S FOR PEPPER JELLY?

Ingredients:

10 dark red middle chilli
L and ½ cup tea white vinegar
5 cups sugar crystal tea
1 medium onion
L cup of water tea

Yield 1 kg

Way of preparing:

Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, dry on a napkin, remove the seeds and white veins, chop it into six pieces.
Peel the onion, wash well, chop into four pieces.
Beat the peppers with the onion and a little water in the blender.
Strain into a fine sieve.

* For this recipe, despise the peppers broth *
 Use the peppers broth, for other dishes, to give color and flavor to the rice, chicken, meat, or sauce.
Way of preparing:

Cooking Pepper Jelly:


Make a syrup with the sugar, water and vinegar, when raising boil, lower the fire to not spill.
Add the chilli pulp in the syrup without the water remaining in the sieve.
Cook the jelly over medium heat for 30 minutes.
To leave in the fire another 30 minutes, or until the jelly becomes consistent,
It lasts one year inside a special glass of preserved sterilized, that is if it opens lasts 3 months inside the refrigerator.
It can save in closed glass in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

WHAT'S FOR PEPPER JELLY?


The chili jelly is to be placed on top of the smoked turkey, or other roasted poultry or loin, tender etc.
To serve:
If done with yellow and green peppers, let it cook for another 15 minutes, in the second step.
Green and yellow peppers release more water.
