Plant bleaching.

Good Morning:
I turned on the TV a few days ago and saw one of the programs one culinarista explaining that cooked spinach with bicarbonate to stay blue whiting.
IMPORTANT WARNING:
Need not put baking to cook any vegetable, whiting to stay, as did our ancestors * * "IN ADDITION TO LEAVE A TASTE WEIRDO" is not ideal.
The process to leave the spinach, kale and other well-green (blue whiting) is very easy, do the bleaching see below
SECRET CHEF - WHITENING:
