Charlotte chocolate Rectified
Ingredients:
Chocolate cream:
200 g. of sugar
200 g. Butter, Unsalted
4 large egg yolks
4 chopped dark chocolate tablets 130 to 200gsm each
1 cup of cocoa liquor, or ½ cup (coffee)
1 cup toasted chopped almonds and drizzling, or other dried fruit
Other ingredients:
250 g. chocolate biscuit stick
Fudge Sauce:
1 cup sugar tea, wet with a spoon (soup) of cold water.
Mode Prepare the syrup:
In a dry saucepan place the sugar, let it melt over low heat, without stirring, who takes away the glow of syrup.
Let melt the sugar, until a caramel, is color guarana, without burning.
Burning the syrup, discarding, it bitter.
Pour the syrup in a tall form, with hole in the center.
How to Prepare Charlotte
Place the chocolate sticks lying at the bottom and around the caramel form.

How to Prepare Chocolate

Tips:
