Split Pea Puree and Others- III options

ingredients:
I Option:
½ pound of cooked dry peas and drained
2 medium potatoes cooked and mashed
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow margarine or butter
½ cup (tea) of milk or cream in box
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
How to Prepare:
Cook the split peas in common high saucepan until soft.
* You can not cook in a pressure cooker it loose too much foam * accident .Risco the foam cover the valve.
Once cooked drain all of the liquid.
Do not throw away the liquid takes to make soup.
Hit the drained peas in a blender or go through fine sieve, or processor.
Mix peas processed with boiled and mashed potato, add the butter and the salt.
Lead to fire stirring constantly, go dripping milk gradually and slowly, even cooking.
If it gets too soft place once cooked and mashed potatoes.
The first time make half the recipe yields a lot.
The pea puree used to replace rice in any dish.
II - Option:
Mashed yam
½ pound of small yam
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow margarine or butter
1 can of cream without serum or
1 cup (tea) cow's delight
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
Prepare the way of Mashed Yams:
Wash yams, potato peel like.
If large cut into small pieces.

Place the yams in a covered pot with water, bring to the fire until it is cooked.

Drain and pass through the processor or juicer, or you can knead with fork.
Lead to fire cooked and squeezed yam, margarine and half the cream, stirring constantly until the bottom of the pot.
If necessary to complete the remainder of the cream.
The yam puree replaces the traditional mashed potatoes.
Option III

Mashed Manioc (parsley potatoes)
½ pound of Peruvian (parsley potatoes).
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow margarine or butter
1 can of cream without serum or
1 cup (tea) of cow's milk
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
Preparation:
Wash the entire Peruvian does not need peeling lead to fire kitchen covered with water.
