Meat ä French With Monitoring

ingredients:

1 pound of muscle or chuck steak cut into large cubes without fat
½ cup corn oil

spices:

1 large onion, grated or minced well choosy
4 large cloves garlic mashed up (for old tire crumb)
2 bay leaves
1 sprig of thyme
1 mint branch
½ teaspoon (soup) salt
1 teaspoon (tsp) black pepper or pepper finger full girl without seeds or chopped pepper sauce.

2 cups dry red wine

Other Ingredients:

1 liter preferably homemade broth

How to Prepare:

Cut the meat into large cubes, season with salt, garlic, pepper, onion, bay leaf, parsley, ginger, nutmeg, thyme, mint, and the wine.

Leave to marinate meat with spices and wine for 12 hours.

Leave cooking over low heat for two hours or until reduced 1/3 of the sauce.
Remove meat from pan that is soft and tasty. Reserve.
Strain the broth, add the remaining wine wheat flour dissolved in water. If you need to put half a teaspoon of butter.

Place the meat with the sauce let the fire by 5 'to 10' minutes, or until heat through. Serve hot.

Serve in a clay dish of fried bacon on top and side of the mushrooms, onions and boiled potatoes all
seasoned to taste.
Sprinkle over the parsley and chopped mint.

With white rice and boiled broccoli spent in butter.
