Barbecue Sauce - II Options

Sauce for Ham Lamb, and Pork
ingredients:
4 tablespoons apricot jam or strawberry
Broth ½ lemon
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons white vinegar
½ teaspoon (soup) of brandy
½ teaspoon (tsp) sweet paprika
1 glass of white wine
How to Prepare:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to low heat, stirring until the sauce is uniform.
If you prefer thinner, add a tablespoon (soup) of water and other dry white wine.

Barbecue Sauce


ingredients:
3 tablespoons (soup) brown sugar
3 tablespoons (soup) ketchup
3 tablespoons (soup) vinegar
2 tablespoons (soup) of mustard
4 tablespoons (soup) Worcestershire sauce
Place the skillet sugar, let it heat up without melting
add the remaining ingredients according to the list
above.
Leave the fire stirring constantly until a thick sauce.


The Barbecue Sauce serves to place on top of ground beef roulade or steaks or fillets chicken or fish.
