Rabbit with Mushrooms and Vegetables Cream

 Ingredients:
3 kilos of clean rabbit meat, only large pieces, with enough meat.

Other Ingredients:
1 large onion, grated
1 stalk celery, cut into thin slices
1 leek cut into thin slices
1 medium carrot, diced
1 red pepper, seeds removed and chopped white without ribs
4 fresh peppers Cambuci without seeds chopped
"Pepper cambuci looks like a little balloon is not burnt"
salt to taste
A handful of dried oregano.
2 tablespoons (soup) of oil
1 cup dry white wine
Option II:
Only season with salt and oregano

Way of preparing:

Wash the rabbit, cut into large chunks, season with the above ingredients finely chopped, or use the option II.

Ingredients:

300 ml of cow's milk
1 grated onion or minced
2 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil
1 tablespoon (soup) filled with corn starch (corn starch) and wheat flour.
2 tablespoons (soup) grated Parmesan cheese,
and
1 teaspoon to the cream and the other to the cover
2 tablespoons (soup) of sour cream, put on after the ready cream.

How to prepare the mushrooms cream:

Fry the onion in oil until wilted, add the mushrooms cut in half, then the cornstarch dissolved in milk, stir until cooked before fire strips, add the cream, until a homogeneous cream, sprinkle over grated Parmesan cheese.

If you do not use the cream of mushroom soup

Serve with vegetables:
