Lobster Stuffed VI - Options

Ingredients:

l large lobster

Filling:

200 g. of canned mushrooms

2 raw egg yolks
2 tablespoons (soup) shallow breadcrumbs

For Braised:

3 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil or butter

1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger
1 leek cut into thin slices


Way of preparing:

Wash the lobster, remove the green casing which is in the center of the crustacean body.

Ingredients:
