Sweet Angel Hair Pasta



ingredients:



500 grs. vermicelli (noodles angel hair)

300 grs. sugar or to taste

1 cup of cow's milk

6 large egg yolks beaten egg

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, or to taste

for sprinkling over



How to Prepare:



Before starting to make candy, spend a bit of boiling water in the noodles.

Then cook the noodles with milk and sugar, stirring constantly.

Once cooked through, remove from heat and add the beaten egg yolks, mix well

Bring back the fire to cook the yolks.

Once ready shallow place in a baking dish, sprinkle cinnamon to taste

If you want you can serve in individual bowls



You can serve cold or iced.
