Eggplant rolls

ingredients:

4 medium eggplants cut into thin slices
Enough water to cover, 1 teaspoon (tsp) salt

For coating:

1 deep dish of wheat flour
3 eggs beaten with salt

Filling: I

200 gr. ham cut into thin slice
200 gr. mozzarella, thinly sliced

Filling: II

350 gr. Beef stew with tomatoes, onions and spices to
taste.
2 tablespoons of cream cheese or grated Parmesan cheese
ricotta cheese and serve to bind.

Filling: III

350 gr. braised beef with seasonings see above
200 gr. of mozzarella sliced ​​thin.

How to Prepare:

Remove the ends of the eggplants and cut into thin slices.
