Meat Dry with Quibebe


Quibebe ingredients:


1 kilo of ripe pumpkin, cut into pieces
1 large onion, grated
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley, then put the finished dish
1 teaspoon salt, or
1 tablet of broth
1 spoon (soup) of hot pepper sauce
250 ml of coconut milk (optional)

How to Prepare:

Cut the pumpkin pieces, remove the skin, wash thoroughly dry with paper towels.

In a large saucepan, fry the onion in oil, add the pumpkin pieces, salt or broth, gradually add water gradually and cook until the pumpkin, add the coconut milk and
let the fire 10 minutes.

Ingredients Meat Dry:

4 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded

1 red pepper, chopped

1 cup of chopped green onion
1 chili finger lady
3 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablets of broth

How to Prepare:

Wash meat, cut into pieces, soak put 12 hours changing the water several times.
Cooking meat with clean water, until soft.
Once cooked, the meat shred whole.
Sauté bacon with dried meat, with onions, tomatoes,
add the chopped peppers and other seasonings.
If you need to add a little water to cook well all
ingredients, put last parsley and chopped chives

Serve on separate plates

With white rice and fried yucca.
