Fish With Vegetables Dore and Bananas

ingredients:
½ pound of fillets of hake
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 tbsp (tablespoon) of hot pepper sauce
½ cup corn oil
For coating:
1 bowl of flour
2 tablespoons of oil
3 to 4 eggs, well beaten.
Wash the fish seasoning. Allow to stand for 1
one hour. Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Pass the fillets in oil, then the flour and finally
in the beaten eggs.
How to Prepare the fish:
Place a nonstick frying pan into the fire with the oil, let it heat up.
Place the breaded fish in the frying pan with the hot oil, fry on one side, turn and do the same on the other side.
If the oil gets too hot, lower the heat.
Serve with new potatoes, green beans, broccoli, asparagus, passed in butter with salt. And the breaded banana.

Banana to Milanesa
ingredients:
6-8 bananas cut into two pieces if very large cut in small pieces 3 cm.
1 cup oil for frying

Other Ingredients:
2 teaspoons (tsp) of oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs are toasted stale bread crumbs, or crushed
in blender or food processor.
"Not to be confused with cassava flour" which is a tuber.
1 (teaspoon (tsp) ground cinnamon (optional)

How to Prepare:

Peel the bananas go into the oil, then the flour,
in the beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Put oil in a nonstick skillet heat leaving well, put bananas, lower the heat to avoid burning, turn on all sides and so browned, remove with a slotted spoon.
Place on a plate covered with paper towel to remove all the fat. Cover with paper towel.
Then move the bananas to a plate, put a side by side. Sprinkle cinnamon powder.
Accompanies any dish of beef, chicken, or fish.
