Truffles or Bonbons with Pepper and Banana Jelly + Tips Rectified

Ingredients:

500 grs. Of noble chocolate or bitter to milk
250 grs. Of cream in warm box
1 or 2 tablespoons of glucose or honey
1 or 2 tablespoons of cocoa or cognac liquor (optional)
Other Ingredients:
1 cup of banana paste or banana jelly
1 spoon of coffee (jelly) of pepper
