Creamy Carrot or Vegetable Soup + Photo

Ingredients:

500 grs. Of muscle or even without fat
Cut into eight pieces

Other Ingredients:

300 whole peeled potato English
4 whole medium carrots (optional)
2 large big stew 300 grs.
1 large grated onion
2 celery stalks without leaves
1 garlic whole pork chopped into thin slices
2 tablespoons (soup) oil
4 tomatoes without skins without seeds
1 cup parsley with chopped stem
After the soup is ready, sprinkle with braised cabbage or chopped raw parsley

How to Prepare the Broth:

Cook the meat without frying, with 2 liters of water in the pressure cooker, put 30 minutes.

Let it cool well before opening the pan.
Remove the meat and add all other ingredients, cook in the pressure cooker, put another 20 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked.
After all the cooked vegetables, beat blender with a bit of broth.
You can serve the meat separately, seasoned as a salad.
To serve:
Serve the creamy soup and top with sautéed cabbage or spinach.
Note:

Do not put the lid of the pressure cooker when cooking celery with the leaves that clog the valve of the pan.

You can substitute the potatoes for cassava, sweet potato, yam, bean, an ingredient for each soup.

In the above potato soup can add, chuchu, pods, cabbages, chard cut all the vegetables into pieces.

Season the meat of the soup with plenty of chopped onion, parsley and chopped chives and 4 leaves of mint, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Serve separately.
If you prefer you can only put carrots or beets in the soup by adding the braised cabbage on top.
