Stuffed Zucchini With Meat And Rice + Photos



Ingredients:
4 to 6 medium zucchini (Italian)
3 cups ground beef

How to prepare Zucchini:

How to prepare the meat:

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon (spiced) paprika or black pepper
1 tablespoon (soup) or nutmeg (tea)
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground coffee

Way of preparing:

Mix everything together and store it in a tightly closed screw cap where there is no light and moisture, or place in small, tightly closed flasks.

Then gradually increase the amount until you get used to it.

Put in pasta sauces, meats, chickens, fish, soups etc.
