For filling the Carolinas Salted

Pate Ham , Ricotta Cheese 4 + 4 Options

ingredients:

200 grs . cooked ham or
4 cooked sausages
3 tablespoons ( soup) of natural yoghurt
1 spoon (soup ) of cream
6 chopped green olives
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley

How to Prepare :

Skip the ham or sausages by the processor until it is a creamy consistency
In a bowl mix all ingredients
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
Serve with toast or crackers


Pate Ricotta

ingredients:


1 cup ( tea) of chopped ricotta
½ cup ( tea) of hot milk
2 tbsp (tablespoons ) of olive oil
1 tablespoon (coffee ) salt
1 teaspoon ( tsp) each fresh herbs , or to taste oregano, mint, basil, parsley
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of grated ginger

Pate II :

1 cup (tea) or dried tomatoes
1 cup (tea ) of black pitted green olives

Pate III :

1 can of tuna drained water and salt

Pate IV :

1 cup (tea ) of ground smoked or processed franc

Pate V :

1 cup (tea ) of cooked and shredded cod .

How to Prepare :

Blend hot milk with ricotta , let cool slightly , then add the remaining ingredients , make the hit .
Put in glass jars with screw cap .

Note :

The pates ricotta can do several variations adding the ingredients II , III , IV , and V .

 


Pate With Ricotta Cheese 4


ingredients:

½ pound of fresh ricotta mashed
300 grs . of ground provolone cheese
100 grs . grated parmesan cheese
1 glass of curd
1 pinch of paprika spice
1 pinch of salt
1 cup ( tea) of grated onion and strained
½ cup ( tea) of chopped green olives drizzling or

Pistachio nuts or the same amount

How to Prepare :

Knead the ricotta with a fork , add the ground provolone , grated parmesan , cream cheese , paprika , salt , onion , olives , mix well
Store in refrigerator in an ovenproof with lid , or glass wide mouth with screw cap .
Make sandwiches with white bread , cut in half
Place on a damp napkin not to resect
You can also serve with cracker made ​​sandwich, or open
