Carrot Cake With Cover - II Options


 ingredients:

2 cups (tea ) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea ) of cornstarch ( cornflour )
2 ½ cups (tea ) of sugar
4 to 6 large whole eggs
1 cup (200 ml ) Oil ( shot glass )
4 carrots ( root ) raw medium peeled , cut into thin strips
1 spoon (soup ) full of baking powder
1 spoon ( soup) zest of lemon or orange peel (optional )
1 pinch of salt

How to Prepare :

Blend the eggs until frothy , then add the oil , make the beating, gradually add the carrot and go beating until it is well broken .

In a large bowl place the sugar , baking powder , cornstarch , sifted flour and salt .

Make a well in the center , throw the mix blender, go mixing with a wooden spoon until smooth.

The batter is pretty thick , if it is too soft , add more flour, if it gets too stiff , add more beaten eggs .

Use a shape with hole in the center and high , greased with butter and dusted with flour .


Only put half the dough in the height of fashion .

ingredients:

1 cup (tea ) milk
1 cup (tea ) of cocoa or chocolate

How to prepare:

Place in a saucepan , sugar , chocolate, butter, and cornstarch dissolved in milk.

Note :

The carrot is a root.

What you can take from the cake ingredients :

Corn starch and wheat flour substitute .
You can remove the cornstarch and not put anything in place , however , remove 1 cup (tea ) of sugar. and an egg.
" REMEMBER THAT MASS is THICK AND HEAVY .
